Job Summary: The Care Coordinator serves an integral role by acting as a liaison between the pharmacy team and a partner facility. This is a great opportunity to utilize the skillset of a pharmacy technician in a non-traditional environment. Care Coordinators work outside of the pharmacy and onsite at the facility.
