Responsibilities: Prepare compounded medications in compliance with USP , USP , USP , and VPI SOPs. Accurately measure, weigh, and mix raw materials according to established formulations. Operate sterile compounding equipment, including laminar airflow hoods and isolators. Follow aseptic gowning, garbing, and environmental monitoring procedures to ensure sterility. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to prevent cross-contamination. Perform quality control checks to verify accuracy and integrity of compounded medications. Track inventory levels of sterile raw materials and supplies.
