Coordinate with providers and insurance plans to resolve medication barriers. Initiate and monitor prior authorization requests, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-through. Assist in maintaining accurate medication inventory, including ordering, receiving, and storage in accordance with policy and regulatory requirements. Track stock levels, expiration dates, and temperature logs to ensure compliance. Support medication handling for clinic programs under pharmacist oversight. Contact patients regarding missed doses, incomplete treatments, or refill delays to maintain continuity of care. Support medication adherence documentation and communication within the electronic health record (EHR). Collaborate with the pharmacist and care team to meet clinical and quality goals. Strong understanding of pharmacy workflows and clinical coordination to ensure efficient operations. High attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism in all aspects of care.
