QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree or equivalent research experience Active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) Licensed Pharmacy Technician in California At least one year of experience in a pharmacy setting and 0-3+ years in clinical or biological research. Basic understanding of research design, patient care practices, GCP, FDA regulations, and medical terminology. Able to interpret protocol requirements and ask appropriate questions related to mixing and administering medications and IP. Strong written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, ethical decision-making, and effective collaboration across teams.
