- Acts as a Subject Matter Expert for the FC processes and as a single point of contact for Pharmacy Technicians in process path
- Ensures that the necessary equipment is available and in working order to complete assignments
- Escalates any equipment downtime or process defects
- Facilitates training as needed and escalate cross-training needs
- Identifies areas of improvement and drive continuous improvement projects for their area
- Conducts daily audit to ensure area readiness, compliance, and standard work is followed
- Ensures compliance with policies and escalate any breaches
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted in-State Board of Pharmacy License. Additional licenses may be required if domicile state differs from state of employment.
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA)
- High school or equivalent diploma Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills
- Experience recognizing and identifying patient medications
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous training and experience of a least three Fulfillment workstations
- Experience as an Amazon Pharmacy Ambassador

Qualifications
EDUCATION:
* High School Diploma or equivalent required.
* Associate's Degree preferred.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
* 3 years of experience working in a pharmacy environment required.
* Demonstrated knowledge of medical/pharmaceutical terms and nomenclature required.
* Demonstrated familiarity with tools, technology, and systems typically found within most health care environments (i.e. personal computer skills, spreadsheets, word processing, patient records systems, EMR systems, etc.) required .
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE:
* Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) required.
* Current Health Care Provider Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross required upon hire.
* Texas Class "C" Driver's License with Proof of automobile liability insurance coverage on personal vehicle utilized for work related purposes required upon hire.

Pharm Techs, alongside fellow team members, will be fully entrusted to ensure that the utmost competent care and safety is consistently delivered with compassion to the patient population.
The medical teams will be located within a secure medical facility, where such services include, but are not limited to the following:
Medical Screening (New Arrivals)
Comprehensive Screening
Sick Call
24-Hour Emergency Medical and Mental Health Treatment
Women's Medical Care
Aspen Medical will provide additional EMS, Diagnostic and Laboratory, and other ancillary services. All clinic service delivery services will be provided in accordance with US clinical standards and compliance measures.

Education
Graduate from a formal pharmacy technician program accredited by the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) or a formal pharmacy technician program (i.e., technical, hospital, or retail-based program) or a formal medical services training program of the United States Military

Certified by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB)
Experience:
A minimum of one year of recent, relevant, related experience
Language Proficiency:
Fluency in Spanish is highly desired but not required
