Technicians may also engage in compounding low to high-risk sterile products and filling patient orders, as authorized and under the supervision of the compounding pharmacist. The **Pharmacy Customer Associate** is responsible for responding to basic customer questions via telephone and written correspondence regarding pharmacy retail and mail order prescriptions. **Virtual -** This role enables associates to work virtually full-time, with the exception of required in-person training sessions (when indicated), providing maximum flexibility and autonomy.
