Qualifications Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) required; Master's preferred. • Current and valid pharmacist license in Arizona. • Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist, preferably in a hospital, manufacturing, or compounding setting. • Strong knowledge of sterile compounding, controlled substances, and regulatory compliance. • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. • Familiarity with electronic pharmacy systems and MS Office applications.
