What You'll Do
Schedule medical appointments, transportation, labs, MAT injections etc.
Oversee all medications, pharmacy orders and deliveries, and obtain prescription authorizations
Maintain complete documentation of all appointments, labs, and medical records in EMR
Collaborate with extended treatment team as necessary, escalating any concerns
Ensure all services are provided in an efficient and timely manner
