What You'll Bring to the Team: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree. 8+ years of experience as a pharmacist, with at least 5 years as a PIC or pharmacy manager. Strong knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws, rules, and regulations. Active pharmacist license in California, unencumbered; willingness to obtain additional licenses in other states. Regulatory, compliance, or audit experience, with demonstrated success managing inspections and audits. Knowledge of compounding regulations (USP , , ). Mail order or central fill pharmacy experience. Experience with inventory management, scheduling, and project management.
