Coordinate medication delivery location and estimated time with patient. Prepare and arrange delivery of medication with courier service or shipping service. Communicate with insurance carriers to obtain payment for prescription claims. Answer incoming phone calls for prescription orders, refills, make outgoing follow up calls to patients regarding their medications.
