Basic Qualifications

The Technician will follow well-defined instructions utilizing necessary skills to receive and fill medications under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist. These duties include but are not limited to: receive/triage prescriptions, order entry, third-party adjudication, fill and label medications, facilitate prior authorizations and patient assistance resources. Complete point-of-sale transactions, schedule deliveries(meds 2 beds), answer the telephone and direct calls to appropriate staff. Rx/OTC inventory procurement and receiving, stock/supply replenishment, general pharmacy organization and cleanliness. Provide exceptional customer service.
Estimated pay range for this position is $17.02 - $22.13 / hour depending on experience.Qualifications Degrees:

Licenses & Certifications:
Registered Pharmacy Technician
Additional Qualifications:
Registered Pharmacy Technician license is required
Retail-Outpatient, Ambulatory Pharmacy experience preferred which may include internship training hours. Currently registered as a Pharmacy Technician in the state of Florida. Maintains PTCB or ICPT Certification, or Florida Pharmacy Intern License is preferred.
