Cedar Recovery is a CARF accredited outpatient addiction treatment company based in Mount Juliet, TN. The company owns and operates fourteen (14) office-based opioid treatment (OBOT) facilities, opioid treatment programs (OTP), and intensive outpatient programs (IOP) in Tennessee & Virginia. Cedar's approach to treatment combines the utilization of medications (Methadone, Buprenorphine, and Naltrexone) coupled with counseling, peer recovery support, and case management to deliver an integrated model of care in addressing the opioid crisis. Position Summary: Cedar Recovery is seeking to contract a pharmacist on a PRN or part-time basis for its Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) in Bristol, VA. The pharmacist is a key leadership role within the facility. The candidate must possess a valid and unrestricted license to practice as a pharmacist in the Commonwealth of Virginia. The Pharmacist will ensure compliance with DEA and state rules regarding the ordering, storage, logging, and administration of medications, including take-home doses. The company owns and operates fourteen (14) office-based opioid treatment (OBOT) facilities, opioid treatment programs (OTP), and intensive outpatient programs (IOP) in Tennessee & Virginia. Cedar's approach to treatment combines the utilization of medications (Methadone, Buprenorphine, and Naltrexone) coupled with counseling, peer recovery support, and case management to deliver an integrated model of care in addressing the opioid crisis. Position Summary: Cedar Recovery is seeking to contract a pharmacist on a PRN or part-time basis for its Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) in Bristol, VA. The pharmacist is a key leadership role within the facility. The candidate must possess a valid and unrestricted license to practice as a pharmacist in the Commonwealth of Virginia. The Pharmacist will ensure compliance with DEA and state rules regarding the ordering, storage, logging, and administration of medications, including take-home doses.
