Job Description • Verify the accuracy of prescriptions translated by pharmacy technicians • Ensure the accuracy and appropriateness of a patient's drug therapy through Drug Utilization Review, while meeting department standards for productivity and quality • Prepare, label and dispense medications (product verification) • Ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations pertaining to the dispensing of controlled substances and the maintenance of required records • Provide drug information to patients and co-worker Qualifications • Must have clear and active Pharmacist license in IN • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm D • Minimum 3 years of experience practicing as a Pharmacist • Extensive knowledge in drug information, disease state management, and legal requirements of pharmacy practices • Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally with healthcare providers • Must be a quick learner in a high production environment Additional Information Hours for this Position: Monday-Friday 8:30am- 5:00pm Pay range: $52.00- 56.00 Advantages of this Opportunity: • Competitive salary, negotiable based on relevant experience • Benefits offered, Medical, Dental, and Vision • Fun and positive work environment Additional Information: Interested in being considered?
