The Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician shall be responsible for accurately mixing, preparing, and producing Compounded Sterile Products (CSP) in accordance with cGMP, USP , and USP , maintaining the sterile compounding area (cleanroom) integrity, and following all Company SOPs under the direct supervision of a pharmacist. The Sterile Compounding Technician will assist in all aspects of pre-production, cleanroom, and post-production of CSPs, including documentation of batch records. Under indirect supervision, provides full range of patient services by filling prescriptions, counseling patients, supervising Pharmacy Technicians, and providing professional services. Meets face to face with patients, discusses disease state and treatment options. Answers questions to ensure patient understanding. · Maintains current state pharmacy license. · Maintains working knowledge of all aspects of the computer and cash register. · Maintains store competitiveness and profitability by controlling operational expenses and maximizing sales. · Maintains regular and punctual attendance.
