Basic Qualifications

Position Overview:

Job Summary
The Pharmacy Technician, Fulfillment is responsible for supporting the accurate and timely preparation, packing, and shipping of pharmaceutical and medical supply orders in a high-volume mail order environment. This role focuses on inventory management, order assembly, and warehouse operations to ensure patients receive their medications and supplies promptly and accurately. The position requires strict adherence to company policies, regulatory standards, and safety procedures while working in a physically demanding environment.
Responsibilities
* Assemble, pack, and prepare prescription and medical supply orders for shipment according to company standards.
* Maintain inventory accuracy by receiving shipments, verifying packing slips, and restocking bins.
* Perform regular cycle counts and assist with monthly inventory audits.
* Pre-pack products and create kits for pump supplies and other specialized orders.
* Process returned orders, update inventory systems, and prepare reorders as needed.
* Ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety and regulatory requirements.
* Break down boxes, dispose of packaging materials, and maintain a safe warehouse environment.
* Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals and maintain workflow efficiency.
* Lift and move boxes and supplies weighing up to 50 lbs. regularly.
* Stand, bend, reach, and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
Qualifications
* High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
* 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a pharmacy, warehouse, or fulfillment environment, preferred.
* Active Florida Pharmacy Technician License in good standing.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods (up to 4 hours at a time).
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
* Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing.
* Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
