Has knowledge of veterinary and pharmacy terminology, weights and measures, and pharmacy calculations. Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with coworkers and clients. Ability to stand for extended periods of time, type at least 45 words per minute, lift up to 35 pounds, bend, squat, stoop and reach above and below shoulder level. Excellent hand-eye coordination and ability to perform visual and manual measurements and calibrations using handheld medical tools and supplies. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; able to recognize and adapt to variable work demands with a steady, professional attitude. As a 10 hour Inpatient Oncology Pharmacist at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California, you'll be an integral part of the patient care team, focusing on BMT/Cellular Therapy and care of adult hematology and medical oncology cancer patients. Your responsibilities will include: Patient Care: Providing comprehensive care for patients with various cancer-related disease states, including hematologic and solid tumors, bone marrow transplants (BMT), CAR-T, and TIL therapies. They also oversee and perform periodic inventory counts and validation in the inventory system. Maintaining inventory levels and setting appropriate PAR levels in the inventory system 2. Performs periodic inventory counts and manages the inventory system records 3.
