Strong knowledge of medical and pharmacy terminology. Benefit investigation experience preferred. Excellent communication skills. Basic computation skills. Bilingual - English and Spanish preferred. Microsoft Office or Google Suite proficiency. RMA or CMA certified preferred, but not required. Work Environment & Physical Demands This role is primarily sedentary and requires the ability to sit for extended periods (minimum of 7 hours).
