Strong knowledge of medical and pharmacy terminology. Benefit investigation experience preferred. Excellent communication skills. Basic computation skills. Bilingual - English and Spanish preferred. Microsoft Office or Google Suite proficiency. RMA or CMA certified preferred, but not required.
