Using aseptic technique, accurately prepares Compounded Sterile Products (CSP), including anticancer chemotherapeutic medications under the direct or indirect supervision of a Pharmacist. 9. Insures the safety of all patients and personnel by following CHC protocols and NIOSH/OSHA guidelines for preparation, delivery, and disposal of potentially cytotoxic agents. 10. Enters physician orders correctly, checks patient profiles, allergies, duplicate therapies and drug interactions for review by a Pharmacist or other qualified healthcare professional. Precisely charges and credits patients, nursing units, and other facilities for medications dispensed from Pharmacy.
