Mr. Farrell has been our Chief Executive Officer since January 2016. From November 2014 through December 2015 Mr. Farrell had been our Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. From May 2007 through October 2014, Mr. Farrell had been our Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and from September 2006 through May 2007, he was our Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Farrell was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Alpharma Inc. from April 2002 through August 2006. From July 2000 through April 2002, he served as Vice President, Investor Relations & Communications at Ingersoll-Rand Ltd. From November 1994 through June 2000, he held various senior financial positions at AlliedSignal Inc. Mr. Farrell currently serves as a member of the board of directors of Lydall, Inc., a supplier of engineered thermal, acoustical and filtration products.

Albert Bourla (Greek: Άλμπερτ Μπουρλά, born) is a Greek veterinarian and the chairman and chief executive officer of Pfizer, an American pharmaceutical company. He joined the company in 1993 and has held several executive roles across Pfizer's divisions. Prior to becoming chief executive officer, Bourla served as chief operating officer.

Gary Hendrickson is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Valspar Corporation. Prior to becoming CEO in 2011, Hendrickson was Valspar’s president and chief operating officer for three years. He joined Valspar’s packaging business in 1994 and has held a variety of senior leadership roles, including group vice president, Global Wood Coatings, president, Valspar Asia Pacific and senior vice president for Valspar's Consumer business. Hendrickson was elected to Valspar’s Board of Directors in 2009 and became chairman in 2012. He also serves as a director of Polaris Industries, Inc. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut and an MBA from Harvard University.
