Mr. White leads Aptevo Therapeutics as the President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to this role he was a member of Emergent BioSolutions’ Board of Directors. He is the former Chief Financial Officer of St. Vincent’s Health, a $2.8 billion multi-hospital health system. Mr. White previously served as Executive Director and CFO of Lilly USA, a subsidiary of Eli Lilly and Company, and held other positions in corporate finance at Eli Lilly and Company. He serves on the boards WP Glimcher and OneAmerica Financial Partners Inc., and was previously on the board of of CoLucid Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

Shai Gozani, founded NeuroMetrix, Inc. in 1996 as a spin-off from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He currently serves as Chairman of the board of directors and as our President and Chief Executive Officer. Shai has led the Company from a venture capital backed start-up, through an initial public offering on Nasdaq, through development of a successful diagnostics business, and presently into the wearable technology sector. Over 2.5 million patients have benefited from the Company’s technology over the past 17 years.Shai has published over 30 peer-reviewed scientific articles and has been awarded over 40 US and international patents. He holds a B.A. degree in Computer Science, a M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science (Biomedical Engineering Focus) and a Ph.D. in Neurobiology, from the University of California, Berkeley. Shai also received an M.D. from Harvard Medical School and the Harvard-MIT Division of Health Sciences and Technology at M.I.T.

Mike Collette is an entrepreneur, executive and pioneer in aperture and point-of-care marketing. He co-founded OnTarget Media and Healthy Advice Networks (which would later evolve to become PatientPoint). Today, Mike is helping to lead PatientPoint and the healthcare industry through an unprecedented period of growth and technical innovation. A native of New York, Mike holds an engineering degree from Dartmouth College and began his career at Procter & Gamble, working in the Health and Personal Care Division. In Cincinnati, Mike serves as executive-in-residence at CincyTech USA, helping other entrepreneurs turn transformational ideas into high-growth technology companies.
