PHD Services, a facility services provider established in 1962, is seeking an experienced Facility Project Manager to lead facility upgrades, construction initiatives, and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and project management, with the ability to oversee multiple contractors and effectively communicate project status and strategy to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead facility improvement and construction projects from concept through completion
Present high-level project updates and plans to executive and VP-level stakeholders
Oversee contractor management, bidding processes, and RFI coordination
Utilize AutoCAD for project planning, layout, and design reviews
Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and risks across multiple simultaneous projects
Ensure all project work meets safety, compliance, and performance standards
Coordinate across internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution
Required Experience & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management or construction oversight
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
Experience using Microsoft Project and Excel for scheduling and reporting
Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills
Proven ability to manage multiple contractors and shifting priorities
Engineering background preferred
