Pay is based solely on the number of calls completed.
Calls start at $35 and go up based on distance traveled
Pay period: Every Friday after the first week worked
Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift. Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered.
Call volume is variable but is usually 2-5 calls per day
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.
You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day.
You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you.
You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

Description
As a Virtual Seasonal Tax Professional, you'll serve clients with diverse tax needs with the support of an expert team dedicated to providing you with the advanced tax training you'll need to be successful. Taxpayers will answer intake questions and upload tax documents on GetYourRefund.org. By using the custom case management system, the Hub, you will remotely prepare the tax return, speak with the taxpayer to review their return, and file the return with the taxpayer consent. The Hub is located on our main campus; this is not a work from home position. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be:
* Review submitted tax documents and Intake Form 13614-C.
* Obtain additional information or documentation from clients.
* Conduct intake interviews with clients.
* Respond to document uploads and messages from assigned clients.
* Respond to clients with the "flagged" indicator.
* Prepare the return in TaxSlayer.
* Request additional documentation as needed.
* Pass the prepared return to the quality reviewer.
* Conduct a quality review of the tax return.
* Respond to clients with the "flagged" indicator.
* Have a phone call with the client going over the return.
* Send the client their return.
* Obtain an e-signature on Form 8879.
* Perform other duties as assigned or requested by immediate supervisor or GoodwillSR leadership.
Operating Hours and Days
This is a seasonal position based upon business needs and availability. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Our hours of operation are as followed:
