Pros of working at Phenom

Talent of team members, work from home

Cons of working at Phenom

No continuity - teams are given different and ever changing directives, poor management/leadership, chaotic and ineffectual micromanagement, $12 dinner stipend (you couldn’t even buy a BigMac Meal for $12 - sad), and uses the phrase “we’re a startup” as an excuse for all the above, yet they’ve been in business 10+ years..
