Key Responsibilities: Serve as a technical liaison between customers and internal engineering teams Support customer design-in activities for PSU products (AC-DC, DC-DC converters, adapters, etc.) Provide in-depth product knowledge and assist customers in selecting appropriate power supply solutions Conduct schematic reviews, PCB layout guidance, and thermal management consultation Perform lab testing, troubleshooting, and failure analysis of PSU systems Develop and present technical documents, application notes, and product training materials Collaborate with R&D teams to improve existing products based on customer feedback and market needs Participate in product definition, validation, and design reviews Travel to customer sites (as needed) to support design activities and resolve issues Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field 3+ years of experience in Power Supply, preferably with PSU design and/or FAE responsibilities Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze Strong interpersonal and communication skills; bilingual in Mandarin is a plus Willingness to travel domestically and internationally Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off About Phihong Phihong is a global leader in the development of world-class power solutions, with annual revenue of $400 Million.
