the Marketing Program Coordinator will support both the foundation's administrative operations and its outreach initiatives, including financial education programs and fundraising events.
Support, model & adhere to PFCU's Service Standards as outlined in My MARC.
Essential Functions, Duties, & Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
Maintain and update donor database with accurate contact information for the PFCU Foundation.
Assist with donor management, preparing solicitation materials, tracking contributions, and preparing thank-you letters and tax acknowledgment receipts.
Manage email communications, schedule meetings, and prepare agendas/minutes for PFCU Foundation meetings.
Assist in maintaining simple event budgets.
Event Planning & Coordination:
Support planning and execution of community events, workshops, and fundraising activities
Coordinate logistics such as venue booking, vendor communication, supplies, and registration
Assist in the promotion of events through email, flyers, and social media
Attend events and provide on-site administrative assistance when needed for marketing and Foundation events.
Financial Literacy Programming:
Assist in coordinating financial education workshops in partnership with area schools.
Support the creation and distribution of financial literacy curriculum
Track participant engagement and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Other:
Seek training opportunities to develop or enhance through training, conferences, reading etc. Willingly participate in and attend educational functions and meetings as requested by management.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Follows regulatory and policy compliance requirements which would include those efforts in compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC), Red Flag and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Regulations, and other compliance related policies.

Target Compensation: A competitive base salary range from $84,671 - $124,184. This position is eligible for an annual variable cash bonus, between 7.5 - 15%. Candidates who reside in the following major metropolitan areas may be eligible for a premium on top of the posted range based on their specific zone: San Francisco, Seattle, Boston, New York City, Los Angeles and San Diego.

Outcomes and Activities:
This position will work from home; occasional planned travel to an assigned Southfield, Michigan office location may be required. However, this position is permitted to work at a Southfield, Michigan office location if requested by the team member.
Design, build, and scale data pipelines across a variety of source systems and streams, including internal, third-party, and cloud-based platforms.
Interface with cross-functional teams to extract, load, and transform data using cloud-native data engineering principles.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or closely related field of study; or equivalent work experience
Minimum 8 years of software engineering experience or comparable depth of experience, with recent experience building on cloud data platforms
Experience in the lead role overseeing technical direction of a team of data engineering talent
Strong understanding of one or more programming languages commonly used in data engineering (e.g., Python, Java, Scala)

Target Compensation: A competitive base salary range from $154,837 - $227,095. This position is eligible for an annual variable bonus of cash and equity, between 10-20%. Bonus amounts are based on individual performance. Final compensation within the range is influenced by many factors including role-specific skills, depth and experience level, industry background, relevant education and certifications.
Candidates who reside in the following major metropolitan areas may be eligible for a premium on top of the posted range based on their specific zone: San Francisco, Seattle, Boston, New York City, Los Angeles and San Diego.

The Consumer Loan Originator is responsible to make outbound phone calls to members regarding various items ranging from general services to presenting specific targeted sales opportunities. Essential Functions, Duties, & Responsibilities
Make contact with members in order to support sales or promotional campaigns in order to deepen relationships or cross-sell additional PFCU products or services, including initiating outbound contact on new indirect loan memberships or on-boarding for new memberships from the online account opening process.
Promote and provide loan products by outbound calls.
Analyze member's credit data, financial situation and financial goals.
Follow-up and maintain pending loan queue. Maintain loan information and follow-up documentation.
Proactively identify any financial need and educate members on each possible solution.
Assist members with in-depth questions about their accounts.
Accurately process incoming applications for new accounts, loans, and other products and services.
Responsible for the timely processing of loan applications and serve as the member liaison between loan origination and loan closing.
Engage in continuous learning to maintain an adequate level of knowledge in all areas of responsibility.
