The Role
As a Therapeutic Specialty Representative (TSR), you'll be on the front lines of a critical product launch, introducing Anaphylm to healthcare providers. Strategic Territory Development

Flawless Execution

Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of pharmaceutical, specialty, or B2B sales success with proven track record of exceeding targets
Deep understanding of payer coverage, prior authorization workflows, and access barrier navigation

Willingness to travel overnight 50% for customer meetings, conferences, and sales meetings

Position Summary:

The Donor Engagement Specialist is a key member of the Development team who helps bring Hopeworks' individual giving efforts to life. Working closely with the Senior Director of Development, this role contributes to the ideation, writing, and execution of donor engagement and annual giving strategies that cultivate, solicit, and steward supporters. Donor Engagement (40%)
Develop and execute a multi-channel fundraising program through print, email, and social media to acquire, retain, and upgrade donors.

Draft donor-facing copy for appeals, stewardship, and campaigns.

Role Overview:
The Vice President & General Manager will lead operations for Veranova's West Deptford site, a high-throughput API manufacturing facility specializing in small molecules and controlled substances. This role is accountable for driving process excellence, ensuring compliance with DEA and FDA regulations, and delivering operational and financial performance. The GM will foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement while collaborating with Veranova's Leadership Team to leverage growth opportunities across multiple sites internationally.
Core Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Able to define a vision for a site of approximately 200 staff members, including the development of a 3 to 5 year operating plan
Prior experience managing responsibility of the P&L and balance sheet for a manufacturing site.
Deliver annual revenue, profit, EBITDA, and cash targets through effective P&L management.
Execute capital projects on average of +$10M to ensure facilities, equipment, and systems meet production demand and compliance requirements.
Develop and execute site master plan which includes building talent capabilities that results in the site meeting branded large pharma industry standards to facilitate new business.
Regulatory & Compliance:
Ensure strict adherence to cGMP, FDA, and DEA regulations for controlled substances.

Proven experience in generics manufacturing with knowledge and capabilities to meet big pharma branded business.
Demonstrated success in operational turnarounds, quality remediations, or start-up of manufacturing facilities.
Strong background in process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies.

Under the direction of the Manager of Medical Record Review Operations, the HEDIS Data Reviewer is responsible for performing medical record abstraction and overread in support of Quality reporting (annual Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) and State EQRO) with duties including but not limited to the following:
Coordination of the medical records identification process, collection activities and review.
Performing and applying structured auditing abstraction criteria to medical records to determine compliance.
Utilizing various software applications to support department operations and accurately entering the results of chart audits into the database.
Developing and maintaining expertise in the requirements and parameters of mandated HEDIS and State performance measures.
