EAU Manager. Narcissistic and incompetent. Gaslights employees, ignores staff emails asking for support. Shames and targets staff with their own mental health struggles. Lies and tries to intimidate good employees out of her own insecurity. She's no manger. Thrives on pushing employees boundaries and seems to enjoy seeing staffs mental health decline which in part is due to her bullying. No compassion. Does not care about staff and patient safety. Hides in her office instead of being present on the unit. I hope she gets the psychological help she clearly needs to be a decent human being. The best gift she could ever give PH would be to quit.
