I’ve led Royal Philips since March 2011, transforming the company towards global leadership in the exciting field of health technology.

Building on a 125 year heritage of innovation, we are passionate about making the world healthier and more sustainable, delivering on our vision to improve three billion lives a year by 2030.

May 2016 was a landmark moment when we listed Philips Lighting as a separate company on the Amsterdam Euronext, enabling its standalone future in energy efficient lighting.

I’m a strong believer in the enormous power of innovation to shape all industries and especially healthcare. I am very keen about growing new businesses within Philips.

My career has spanned multiple leadership roles in applying technology for consumer and business markets. These have included posts such as commercial executive in Information Technology; leader of Philips’ Asia Pacific region; co-CEO of the Philips Consumer Electronics division and CEO of NXP Semiconductors.

Current Responsibilities: President and CEO of Royal Philips NV; Member of the Supervisory Board of Novartis; steering committee of the European Round Table of Industrialists; Co-Chair at World Economic Forum in Davos in 2017; chairman of the supervisory board of Erasmus Trust Foundation; founder of NL2025 social acceleration platform.

Anthony Michael Fadell (born March 22, 1969) is an American engineer, innovator, designer, entrepreneur, founder, coach, and active investor. He is the inventor of the iPod, co-inventor of the iPhone, and founder and former CEO of Nest Labs.

Daniela Seabrook is an EVP/Chief Human Resources Officer at Koninklijke Philips. She has worked as Group Head:People & Organizational Development at Syngenta AG.

Marnix van Ginneken is a Professor at Erasmus University Rotterdam (EUR) and EVP/Chief Legal Officer at Koninklijke Philips. He has worked as Head:Legal Group at Koninklijke Philips and Attorney at AkzoNobel. Marnix studied at Wayne State University, UNIVERSITY OF AMSTERDAM, and Utrecht University.
