Operations Specialist (Columbus, OH) This role supports manufacturing and warehouse operations by bridging product development, production planning, and logistics to ensure high-quality products are delivered on time while optimizing efficiency, inventory levels, and manufacturing standards.
Your role:
* Partner with product development and manufacturing teams to support product development lifecycle management (PDLM) subprojects, providing factory input on manufacturability, quality control plans, and project sign-off activities.
* Support day-to-day warehouse and inventory operations, including production planning, inbound and outbound order management, packing, and shipping within the SAP and MBP systems.
* Calculate and execute optimal production plans for in-house and outsourced manufacturing by balancing supply and demand, throughput times, and logistics parameters to meet market needs.
* Lead and support manufacturing enhancements, including capital expenditure optimization, procurement, installation, and supervision of recurring manufacturing equipment.
* Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to identify defects, reduce waste, improve quality, and enhance overall operational efficiency while collaborating with global supply chain and warehouse stakeholders.
You're the right fit if:
* You've acquired experience in manufacturing engineering, operations planning, or supply chain roles with demonstrated ownership of SAP planning modules (especially SAP MBP inventory and order governance in a manufacturing environment) as an individual contributor.
* Your skills include hands-on experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) using Philips ACI (Automated Control & Integration) product and process roadmaps, performing configuration and lifecycle activities that align with manufacturing readiness and quality standards.
* You have strong expertise in SAP MBP including managing inbound/outbound production orders, inventory reconciliation, warehouse document flows, and system issue resolution via structured problem-solving.
* You have a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
* You're an analytical, proactive communicator with demonstrated ability to work independently and influence cross-functional teams in a global, warehouse-centric environment (onsite presence expected at least 3 days per week).
* You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in (Columbus, OH) is $60,000 to $96,000
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
