Your role and responsibilities
* Driving end-to-end Red Hat Subscription Renewals with clients and partners for all Red Hat products for North
* America Public Sector - State, Local, and Education (SLED) and Federal Subsegment accounts.
* Collaborating with Red Hat teams to ensure alignment with client engagement and negotiations.Supporting territory strategy and planning and actively contribute to the account planning process.
* Opportunity identification for win back, upsell and cross-sell Red Hat products.
* Understand your existing clients' consumption, health of business, buying cycles to accurately predict the potential and timings of deal closures.
* Clearly communicating your forecasts with stakeholders at all levels.
* Partner with extended Red Hat teams including Digital Sales Specialists, Technical Sales, Ecosystem Partners, for client conversations.
* Leverage a variety of mediums and approaches to engage with existing clients, including, outbound calls, digital campaigns and email.
* Working with your Marketing and Sales leadership to activate targeted existing and up/cross-sell business campaigns.

**Your role and responsibilities**
What You'll Do
Thought Leadership & Content Development
* Translate complex consulting insights into clear, compelling thought leadership that fuels brand consideration.
* Produce multi-format content: articles, POVs, blogs, LinkedIn articles, video scripts, visual storytelling, and social-first content.
* Develop content aligned to major marketing priorities, partner narratives, and demand-generation moments.
Executive Visibility & Personal Brand Development
* Work 1:1 with consultants to build distinctive, credible, and engaging personal brands on LinkedIn and industry platforms.
* Help leaders articulate bold POVs on AI, cloud, cybersecurity, business operations, industry transformation, and more.
* Coach experts on storytelling, voice, social presence, and on-camera or on-stage delivery.
Social Eminence & Digital Engagement
* Craft creative, scroll-stopping social content strategies to grow executive visibility and reach the right audiences.
* Build multi-platform content plans (LinkedIn, YouTube, industry sites) that amplify IBM Consulting's differentiators.
* Partner with IBM's social advocacy programs to scale impact through organic amplification.
Speaking & Event Marketing
* Identify, recommend, and support high-value speaking opportunities across major events (AWS re:Invent, Microsoft Ignite, Oracle AI World, Think, Davos, etc.).
* Develop speaker abstracts, talking points, panel content, video scripts, and event-aligned campaigns.
* Shape pre- and post-event content that drives visibility, engagement, and business consideration.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* A storyteller at heart, with a journalism, communications, marketing, or editorial background.
* Highly creative and skilled at shaping ideas into multi-format content that connects with executive audiences.
* Experienced in executive communications, content strategy, or thought leadership development.
* Comfortable interviewing experts, distilling complex topics, and crafting sharp POVs.
* Adept at social media strategy-especially LinkedIn-and passionate about elevating digital influence.
* Able to think conceptually and visually, partnering with designers and video producers to bring ideas to life in multiple formats.
* Strategic and proactive, with a strong sense for what resonates with audiences and moves the market.
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
* 5+ years in content marketing, thought leadership, or communications roles, preferably in technology or professional services; prior PR agency experience is strongly preferred
· Proven track record of building trusted relationships with senior executives and subject matter experts
* Track record of securing speaking opportunities and media placements for executives or thought leaders
· Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
