Pros of working at Philips Healthcare

Great benefits, i.e. Healthcare, 401k plan. Mobility within company is encouraged. Lots of opportunities for job specific training.

Cons of working at Philips Healthcare

Some management decisions did not make sense. Was evident that decisions were made way up on the chain of command without good input from those who actually did the work.
