* The New Operations Advisor supports Operations Readiness activities for new projects, ensuring alignment across multiple stakeholders and delivering tools, reports, and processes that enable safe and efficient start-up of new assets. This role requires strong coordination, analytical, and communication skills to manage deliverables, cost tracking, and readiness tools.

* Interface with project teams and ensure O&M input is considered prior to detailed engineering stages.
* Support O&M staffing forecast efforts.
* Maintain the Operations Readiness Project List and coordinate updates with the New Operations Superintendent and Operations Advisors.
* Maintain Operations Readiness Deliverables and interface with functional teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
* Build dashboards and management reports to provide visibility into Operations Readiness activities.
* Support commissioning activities with preparing forecasts, cost trend reports, and monitoring cost and budget forecasts across multiple commissioning projects.

Looking for an individual to join our GHG Power team in the Permian.
What you will do
* Champion elimination of Life Altering Hurts; oversee Contractor efforts to consistently deliver Safety in the Moment through effective execution of the Personnel Safety Management System (PSMS)
* Performs function as onsite safety representative, gives Work Authorization when required, champions PSMS and XOM's safety culture, and current safety focus and ensures team members understand what can lead to a life altering injury and/or significant process event
* Ensures proper safeguards are in place for construction work crew tasks and provides Work Authorization
* Uses stop work authority when observing unsafe actions and coaches' crews on possible hazards
* Ensure that established Hold Points, Triggers, Last Minute Risk Assessments (LMRAs) and Error Prone Situations are identified and followed
* Participates in Behavior Based Safety program (KPA/EV&V); actively engages with personnel on site and contributes meaningful observations to help shape action
* Initiate and lead After Action Reviews with contractors when needed
* Performs Start Work checks for location daily
* Ensure operations sites are being maintained in accordance with WMS (Work Management System) processes and that all appropriate permits are in effect and approved prior to work being performed (WMS)
* Attend and participate in Daily Work Coordination (DWC) meetings as determined by the Foreman
* Ensures construction and maintenance work adheres to XOM's quality standards, XOM specifications and all applicable federal, state, and local codes
* Candidate will need to have the skills and knowledge required to install, troubleshoot and maintain plant/field primary distribution systems, substations, voltage regulators, reclosers, capacitor banks, transformer banks and secondary power disconnects and be able to demonstrate how to work safely around these electrical systems in various outside weather conditions
* Demonstrate knowledge of electrical theory and principles
* Demonstrate working knowledge of NEC, NESC, and OSHA regulations pertaining to overhead distribution work
* Troubleshoot medium and high voltage power circuits
* Keep all electrical power supplies and equipment operational

* Ensures Contractor adheres to their approved Site-Specific Safety Plan

* Monitors' crew arrival and departure times along with equipment on location to be able to verify and confirm electronic field tickets (EFTs) and invoices submitted by contractor for accuracy
* Verifies certifications, training credentials, and qualifications of contractor personnel before allowing critical tasks to be performed
* Maintains 100% Compliance and completion with all required XOM training

* Assist other Lease Operators with operating and inspecting pumping and wellhead equipment among other duties.
* Once employed, a skill assessment coinciding with this description will be assigned that further defines the job duties for progression/promotion purposes.

* Learns to operate and inspect pumping and wellhead equipment.
* Learns basic operation and proper maintenance of gas engines, testers, phase separators, water knock outs, heaters and stock tanks, and other on-site wellhead equipment and compressors.

* Learns to detect oil, water or gas leaks, and broken seals. Also learns proper lockout/tagout procedures.

* Learns to read and record daily numbers from various lease oil and gas measurement equipment.
* Ensures tank thief hatches are securely closed.
* Learns to enter daily production readings, well test readings, downtime and run tickets into current electronic systems.

What role you will play in our team
The Environmental Advisor position(s) provides environmental & regulatory compliance support to operating assets and associated support facilities regarding national, federal, state and local environmental regulations. The Advisor may also assist in advocating company positions on emerging issues and regulations, primarily through national and or state trade organizations. The Advisor may also coordinate key environmental management processes in support of business units, including impact assessments, business planning, and regulatory advocacy.

Provide support and assist in developing and implementing compliance strategies on Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and relevant state regulations including National Ambient Air Quality Standards, New Source Performance Standards, Hazardous Air Pollutant Regulations, Title V operating permits and New Source Review construction permits
Become familiar with operating assets, company environmental policy, and standards to provide technical support for site environmental management processes
Support compliance assurance systems (e.g., preparation of regulatory outlooks, analysis of new regulations, preparation of regulatory interpretations, and preparing applicability determinations)
Assist in conducting workshops and training on existing and new EPA regulations and prepare compliance support tools (e.g. compliance checklists and manuals)

Reports to the Process Engineering Manager: This position's primary focus is to provide process engineering support and optimization assistance for MPLX's facilities including supporting operations in troubleshooting, process modeling, and PHAs. This person will collaborate with business development, engineering, operations, and the capital projects groups to develop, evaluate, and advance projects. All work will be performed in compliance with company standards, procedures, and government requirements.
This position belongs to a family of jobs with increasing responsibility, competency, and skill level. The actual position title and pay grade will be based on the selected candidate's experience and qualifications.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Work closely with Operations and Business Development to troubleshoot process related bottlenecks.
· Provide process support for facility startups and shutdowns. (Planned and Unplanned)
· Generate monthly KPI (Key Process Indicators) reports for facilities.
· Provide process support for PHAs and LOPAs of facilities.
· Assist Operations in the development and review of CPVs, SOLs, and Operating Procedures.
· Provide process engineering support for root cause failure analysis of equipment, instrumentation, and process controls.
· Participates in the development and review of new G&P standards including engineering, operations, PSM, environmental, and health and safety.
· Must be able to handle assignments and projects with minimal supervision and complete within acceptable time standards.
· Travel expected up to 33% based on location.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
REQUIRED:
· Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited College or University
· Minimum of 3 years of Process Engineering experience
· Must have basic knowledge of process simulation software (HYSYS, Promax, Symmetry)
· Valid Driver's License
· Must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time indefinite basis without the need for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.

As a senior facility engineer your job will be to provide technical support to fellow engineers on the team and to operations for surface facilities within Permian Basin. Facilities Engineer will be assigned to a field area in the Permian Basin. What role you will play in our team
The ExxonMobil Permian Power Team is responsible for ensuring the availability and reliability of power to support our growing electrical load base that includes drilling rigs, well completions equipment, gas compressors, and submersible pumps. We own and operate electrical substations and transmission/distribution infrastructure to support this load base. Achieving our objectives within the Permian Power Team is critical to support ExxonMobil's growth plans as well as our corporate commitments to achieving net zero greenhouse gasses.
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join the Permian Power organization in Midland, TX. The role will be based on technical aptitude and will play a key role in planning, designing, building, and maintaining the electrical infrastructure to meet our growing business demands.
What you will do
* Interface with cross functional teams to understand field development plans and develop load forecasts.
* Manage multiple projects with moderate complexity.
* Engineering support will include options analysis/selection, design, AFE management, procurement, drawings creation, construction support, commissioning support/start-up and post start-up modifications.
* Evaluate electrical transmission, substation, and distribution infrastructure to determine appropriate modifications and new infrastructure required for supporting electrical loads.
* Monitor, assess, and correct power quality issues through the electrical infrastructure.
* Perform root cause analysis on electrical related failures and provide guidance on corrective actions.
* Work with external electrical service providers (e.g. Oncor, AEP, & Xcel) to ensure power availability
About You
* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in electrical engineering from an ABET-accredited program
* 5-10 years experience as an electrical power systems engineer designing or supporting medium and/or high voltage equipment in the oil & gas, utility, mining, or manufacturing industries.
* Strong analytical skills including understanding of power system concepts such as load flow, voltage regulation, harmonics, protective relay coordination, etc.
* Selection & specification of electrical systems and equipment such as transformers, switchgear, reclosers, protective relays, HV/MV power cables
* Project Management experience including management of third party engineering firms
* Effective communication and collaboration skills, attention to details, and proactiveness
Preferred Qualifications/ Experience
* Knowledgeable of ERCOT and/or SPP grid design, operation and capabilities
* Leadership roles in operational or technical organizations with focus on electrical design, projects, or reliability
* 3+ years experience creating and/or managing electrical software models (e.g. (Milsoft WindMil, ACSELERATOR, PSCAD, ETAP, and/or SKM Power Tools)
* Understanding of microgrids, cogeneration and renewable energy sources
* Field based construction and/or operations experience
* Experience in Permian based oil & gas operations

What role you will play in our team
* As a Senior Compression Engineer, your job will be to provide technical support to fellow engineers on the team and to our operations staff for surface facilities, fixed equipment, and rotating equipment within the Permian Basin.
* As a Compression Engineer will be assigned to a field area in the Permian Basin. You will leverage your expertise in engineering and project management to provide operations support, project execution, and surveillance for surface facilities and rotating equipment while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and business objectives.
