As an Analyst Intern, you will support the team in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to help drive informed business decisions. Preferred Qualifications: o Familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus. o Excellent written and verbal communication skills. o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. o Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Hourly Pay Range: $19.00 - 24.00, depending on projected undergraduate graduation date, educational degree in progress and major of study upon time of hire. What you'll do: Create work instructions and/or operating procedures for new and existing equipment and products. Complete time studies and capacity analysis for bottleneck equipment. Document machine change over tasks and troubleshooting guides to improve machine uptime. Support the Engineering and Operations staff in process improvement activities. Generate reports and summaries of data and work performed. Perform process capability studies as needed. Perform root cause analysis on manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
