Job Responsibilities:
* Verify vehicle information based on work order information - identify damage, missing parts, and mechanical problems by inspecting all customer vehicles at time of receipt (i.e., interior, exterior, odometer reading, trunk area, engine compartment), noting any damage or repair to frame/paint, engine noise, AC/heater operation, radio, tire condition, etc.
* Prepare and complete all necessary documentation.
* Set up system for day-end; perform day-end procedures.
* Maintain knowledge to ensure all policies and procedures are followed.
* Write electronic condition reports (ECR).
* Conduct OVE courtesy walks around inspections.
* Maintain knowledge of system capabilities, knowledge of needed/job-relevant software packages, and web-based applications.
* Maintain a working knowledge on improvements and changes concerning body mechanical, frame labor, inspection techniques, etc.
* Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such. Actively participate in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.

Qualifications:
Minimum:

As a Strategic Sales Operations Intern, you will be a key member of our Sales Operations Team within the Food & Beverage business. You will help the team drive sales efficiencies and sales enablement across the globe. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, good at communicating, creative in solving problems, and analytical. In this role you will outline and analyze processes and data with the goal of highlighting best practices, identifying efficiencies, and removing pain points. You will work with many teams including Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Strategic Accounts, Management, Marketing, IT, and others. You will also work in many systems including Dynamics 365 (CRM), Power BI, Excel, Oracle, and potentially others.
Role Responsibilities:
Outline processes: Work with sales team to outline their processes, data needs, and pain points
Sales Enablement: Help develop solutions to improve effectiveness of the sales team
Data Analysis: Contribute to sales data analysis to find trends and actionable insights
Minimum Qualifications:
Current junior/3rd year undergraduate enrolled in an accredited program pursing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Communications, Management Information Systems or a related field.
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Strong Analytical skills
Ability to creatively solve problems.
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0.

Work Environment:
