ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Clean and sanitize front entrance glass, floors, cabinets, baseboards, drinking fountain, and walls. Clean and sanitize restroom floors, wall, stall partitions, toilets, urinals, mirrors, sinks and trash cans. Sweep sidewalks, pick-up trash, remove snow using hand shovel when needed. Operate weed-eater; trim shrubs and bushes, weed flower beds, spread mulch, plant and move shrubbery. Use hand tools to cut, weed, and trim landscape areas.
