Phlebotomist Technician. Work to be performed at: FCI ENGLEWOOD 9595 WEST QUINCY AVENUE LITTLETON, CO 80123 Services will be performed in the Health Services Department of the FCI. Facility Information: The Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Englewood in Littleton, Colorado, is a low security facility housing male offenders.
