Job Description All phlebotomists shall perform their duties in alignment with the vision and values of United WestLabs, Inc. The person doing this job is responsible for a variety of tasks that lead to a high level of quality of customer care and satisfaction in a cost effective manner. Under the direction of the Operations Supervisor, this position shall perform phlebotomy on patients. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Perform phlebotomy professionally, competently and with compassion for the patient. 2.
