    Qualified Staffing is now hiring a Phlebotomist / Laboratory Technician 3 to support a public health client in Newnan, GA (Coweta County). This is a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity for someone who thrives in a clinical setting and enjoys working independently while supporting a team-driven environment. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay: $17.00/hour RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform triage duties including vital signs, bloodwork, urinalysis, and screenings Prepare lab specimens for transport and conduct routine-to-complex lab tests Maintain lab equipment, supplies, and cleanliness per compliance standards Enter lab orders and results into system databases Serve as a liaison for CLIA compliance and participate in monthly and quarterly reporting Support emergency preparedness initiatives as needed QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or GED Two (2) years of experience in a laboratory or clinical setting AND either a Medical Assistant diploma/certificate or Phlebotomy certificate PREFERRED: Experience in public health or government healthcare setting Bilingual in Spanish/English Familiarity with CLIA standards and emergency response procedures Why Work for Qualified Staffing?
