We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will perform blood collection using venipuncture and capillary techniques for patients of all ages. + CPT-1 License (required).
+ Familiarity with laboratory systems (e.g., Cerner).

In this role, you will draw blood from COH patients and donors using appropriate procedures, guidelines and standards as well as processes specimens for in-house / send-out laboratory testing.
Working under the direction of Phlebotomy Supervisor, you will provide high-level support and assistance with a variety of tasks within the laboratory, including but not limited: new staff mentoring, specimen / workflow problem issue resolution, special request draws, supply ordering and procedure development.
Cross-training in specimen processing as well as bone marrow assist will also encompass this role.
Note: This position involves varying shift times and requires flexibility to meet operational needs1300-2130, 1430-2300.
Weekends/Holidays1330-2200 Rotating on a 3-week cycle (For example, weekly rotation: Work, On-Call, OFF).
