Heather has an extensive Human Resources background, which includes the functional areas of employment, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations and labor relations. Heather is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University, where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. She is responsible for the Human Resources and Privacy functions at Phoenix including Payroll, Benefits, Employment and Employee Relations.

Scott Spry is a Chief Operating Officer at Phoenix Marketing International and is based in Boston, Massachusetts. He has worked as President at Cambridge Brand Analytics, Inc; EVP at Foundry Networks; and Senior Consultant at WinterWyman. Scott studied at University of Detroit - Business until 1984, University of Detroit Mercy between 1982 and 1984, and Trenton High School between 1974 and 1977.
