What Drives Success
Responsible for classroom participation and sales activities in retail, inside sales and outside sales environments. Under close supervision, analyzes clients needs and assists in different phases of the sales process.
Responsible ensuring proper stocking of Lennox products. Assists in unloading products and deliveries Effectively communicates features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers. Compensation:
This is a salaried non-exempt role. This means that employees are paid a salary and also receive overtime pay when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law). The starting salary range for this role and market is between $50,000 - $66,150 annually. Factors that may affect the starting salary include geography/market and the individual's tenure, performance, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Effectively manage time and resources to ensure personal and team sales targets are met.
Forecast sales and develop sales strategies and models.
Create demand with Fabricators, Cabinet, Millwork, Kitchen & Bath accounts, General Contractors and Builders, both single and multi-family within a designated territory.
Identify and develop accounts (Target/New) and opportunities to generate sales growth.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with logistics and operations teams that allows for clear communications and productive engagements. Act as liaison between corporate initiatives and the field to ensure best practices.
