High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Strong background in customer service.
Great phone skills.
Working knowledge of recon shop operations (i.e., mechanical, detail, and body) a plus.
Effective communication skills and organizational skills required. Attention to detail, well-organized, ability to multi-task successfully, phone and e-mail etiquette, willingness to learn and apply that knowledge to their responsibilities.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through required.
Ability to effectively adapt to and lead change.
