The program provides individual, group, and family therapy with 24-hour supervision within a highly structured therapeutic milieu POSITION SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Enhanced Support Team Supervisor, the Crisis Intervention Specialist supervises clients, provides a safe and secure environment and applies agency-approved methods of behavior modification including the point system, verbal de-escalation techniques, and physical intervention if needed.     Job Description Crisis Intervention Specialist Duties: In this role, you will be provide crisis intervention services to individuals in community settings in Licking County.
