Serves customers by diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing devices while ensuring customer satisfaction. Soldering and console experience would be best.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
– Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair devices
– Provide recommendations for problem resolution
– Explain complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple to understand manner
– Provide repair and replacement estimates to customers
– Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed uBreakiFix quality standards
– Greet customers in a friendly manner and maintain a positive work environment
– Answer phone calls to the store with a professional, courteous and friendly demeanor

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Create reports of the customers they troubleshoot that day send to appropriate management.

Follow all of the company's procedures.

Troubleshoot any problems the customers are having.

Respond quickly to customer problems.

Advise customers on the equipment.

Speak to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.

talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.

Managing multiple cases at one time.

Returning customers phone calls/messages.

Troubleshoot technical issues.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements of this position:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong computer skills.

Excellent customer service skills.

Excellent organizational/sequencing skills.

RV experience necessary.
