This full-time role will be responsible for creating visually compelling content for all platforms including packaging, e-commerce, social media, and brand marketing. The candidate is an experienced still life photographer with meticulous attention to detail, an aptitude for prop styling and ability to work independently with a strong understanding of how to translate products into scroll-stopping imagery.
Key Responsibilities
Capture high-quality, brand-aligned still imagery for packaging, e-commerce, print, digital and social use.
Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and content teams to create compelling visuals that resonate with our audience.
Style and photograph products-especially fruit and cosmetic textures-in creative, engaging, and brand-right ways.
Lighting - craft and control light using industry-standard equipment to always present products with maximum visual impact.
Troubleshoot issues in real time, implementing pivots based on input from both on-site and remote teams
Manage multiple priorities including shoot prep, execution, file organization, and retouching review.
Maintain a consistent visual identity across all imagery produced.
Organize and maintain studio equipment, props, and workspace to facilitate efficient use by multiple teams in a high volume content studio
Stay current on photography and cosmetics trends, tools, and techniques to drive creative innovation.
Ensure all image files are named and archived accurately for long term cross-functional use.
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of professional photography experience or equivalent in-studio assistant roles, ideally focused on still life or product work.
Strong experience with prop styling, especially with natural ingredients such as flowers, fruits, and food. Texture swatching and styling are also a plus.
Expert knowledge of lighting techniques, composition, and studio photography principles.
Skilled in Capture One, Adobe Creative Suite and other capture/editing tools.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing workflow
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to maintain positive attitude while collaborating with multiple teams
Ability to thrive both while working independently and as a member of a team
Retouching experience is valued but not necessary
A portfolio of relevant still life/product work is required; please include social media handles or online presence with your application.

If they desire and with approval from team management, the Photographer may travel with the team to road games to perform the same duties.
The photographer will need to have their own digital camera and associated gear - including a camera which can take high-resolution/RAW images, and a telephoto lens to get close-ups of on-field action. They must be able to transfer final photographs to the organization no later than the morning after each game. The individual must be organized, prepared and concentrate on their duties throughout the game.
The ideal candidate will have sports photography experience or experience in another form of action photography, plus a good understanding of baseball.

Job Description
We are looking for an in-house, Product Photographer / Graphic Designer to join their marketing team. The ideal candidate will have multiple years of product photography and graphic design experience with shooting and editing on white and lifestyle photos for packaging and e-commerce, and editing and designing in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. The candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude who can manage multiple projects at a time and is passionate about bringing their creativity to life.
Job Responsibilities
• Take ownership of all photo needs: shoot and edit product images with attention to detail
• Learn about product and prepare shot lists based on input from various departments
• Coordinate whatever is needed for shoot, including food, food stylist, models etc.
• Process images to retailer's specific requirements
• Page layout for product sheets and user manuals, and file prep for multi-language projects
• Project and asset management
• Assist the Marketing Director with projects to improve quality, turnaround time, and workflow
Qualifications
• 5-8 years of experience as a product photographer and graphic designer

Experience with shooting and editing stainless steel products - this is must have
• Pro-level in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
• Creative and detail-oriented
• Motivated, organized and timeline-focused
• Ability to multitask multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Additional Experience with the Following is Preferred:
• Preparing storyboards, filming, and video editing
• Adobe Premiere and After Effects
• Rendering CADs/STP files into photo-realistic images with accurate textures and colors using Blender, Keyshot, or similar

The primary responsibility for this position is to help plan and execute strategic and creative content for all online channels and social media platforms. Collaboration within marketing team, including Digital Content, Brand, and Online Retail areas, will be key in order to manage overall content needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
Pre-Production
Work with team and manager to collaborate on creative ideation and development of Tweezerman content strategy-including how to best visually communicate brand strategy, ecommerce strategy, communication campaigns, and trade marketing campaigns.
Stay ahead of visual and industry trends, always bringing fresh ideas to discussions.
Put together mood boards, storyboards, and presentations based on the needs of each project.
Research props needed for each shoot to executive chosen creative direction.
Production
Work with manager to help execute photo and video shoots, acting as the lead in-house photographer, stylist, and DP based on Digital Content strategy.
Post-Production
Edit, retouch and organize all content.
Qualifications
BFA degree in Photography or related discipline.
2 - 5 years relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of photography, videography, retouching, and editing processes.
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software applications, specifically: Lightroom, Photoshop, and Bridge.
Proficiency in camera operation and lighting setups.
Excellent organizational, planning, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
An eye for aesthetics, composition, and compelling storytelling.
Deadline-driven without compromising attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Strategic thinker with troubleshooting skills.
Experience in beauty still-life photography a plus.
Experience working with agencies a plus.
Physical Working Conditions
Frequent standing, walking, and moving between indoor and outdoor settings.
Regular use of hands and arms to operate cameras, lighting, and related equipment.
Occasional lifting and carrying of equipment (up to 25-30 lbs).
May require bending, crouching, or climbing to capture shots from various angles.
Periodic travel to on-site locations, which may involve varied weather conditions.
Extended periods of viewing through camera lenses and working at computer screens for editing.

The expected base salary for this position is estimated. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, budget, and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in our company's profit-sharing program.
