Eighty percent of the role support Wesleyan's visual storytelling through still photography assignments for Wesleyan University Magazine, The Connection, strategic communications projects, social media campaigns, and special assignments. Approximately 80% of duties include the creation of high-quality videos and 20% of the duties include still photography. Responsibilities Ensure the application of industry best practices across all video and photo production activities, including pre-planning (i.e., creative brief, script, storyboarding, mood boards, budget, timeline, etc.), content capture (i.e., scouting locations, securing required permits, releases, etc.), post-production work and on-time delivery.
