You're planning and executing shoots with our clients located across the country-up to 30 per year. When you aren't able to run the shoot yourself, you know how to convey our visual brand to contract photographers that you choose to work with. You develop shot lists based on our case messaging and our clients' stories. You're an adept editor that can turn stock photography into small masterpieces for our case pages.
In practice, your specific job duties will likely include:
Planning and completing shoots with our clients in a way that aligns with our messaging and mission
Creating photography that portrays our clients as heroes, traveling across the country to capture our clients as they pursue their dreams
Editing photos (yours, contractors, and stock) for use online, on social media, and in print publications (like Sword&Scales)

The Photographer is part of our in-house photo studio team. This position assists with the execution of E-commerce product photography for Dearfoams and Baggallini. Work is completed in a fast-paced environment and requires work on multiple projects across all brands with tight deadlines. The Photographer is responsible for photographing product up to specific standards across multiple brands.
Specific Responsibilities:
1. Photograph product up to standard of the customer with proper lighting and styling.
2. Prioritize work based on studio workflow and project requirements.
3. Organize and maintain sample library within the studio as well as photography equipment.
4. Work with outside retouching agency and perform quality checks on imagery that is returned to ensure they are meeting company standards.
5. Archive final imagery and maintain an organized file management system.
6. Benchmark and maintain of fashion brands and other competitors' photography to make sure our standards are never out of date.
7. Take care of any revisions to imagery or re-shoot needs.
8. Perform website audits regularly to make sure the imagery meets brand standards.
9. Communicate and solve any issues that arise during the photography process.
10. Work with the RGB Creative team on ad-hoc projects as needed.
11. Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications and Competencies:
1. BS/BA or related 4-year design degree required. (emphasis in photography or the arts) with 1-2 years of experience in a Photo Studio.
2. Proficiency in Adobe CS5 Photoshop, Lightroom, and Phase 1 CaptureOne.
3. Familiar with Canon camera equipment and studio lighting equipment.
4. Strong attention to detail and a good eye for styling product.
5. Flexible and used to a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
6. Ability to organize and maintain a variety of projects with multiple different standards and deadlines.
7. High level of interpersonal skills in working effectively and independently with all levels of management, as well as outside resources.
8. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
9. Self-motivated and detail oriented with a strong work ethic.
10. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, in a fast-paced environment.
11. Ability to prioritize work and manage projects on a daily basis.

FC Cincinnati is seeking a creative and highly motivated Corporate Partnerships Gameday Photographer who will assist Corporate Partnerships in the capturing and editing of FC Cincinnati matchdays and select events. The Corporate Partnerships Gameday Photographer will play a crucial role in creating unique and engaging photo content that provides a strong connection with our fans, our corporate partners, and strengthens the FC Cincinnati brand. Responsibilities will include capturing and producing matchday partner activations, signage, and game imagery as well as covering a few partner events. What You'll Do:
Photographers will capture all home FCC matches and partner events
Able to edit and provide efficient delivery of images in real time
Work with Sr. Manager of Corporate Partnerships on management if photos, quality of photos, archiving, and distribution
Follow brand guideline specifications and ensure consistency on quality during production
What You'll Bring:
