This role is responsible for photographing new and used vehicles as they arrive, ensuring consistent, high-quality visual representation for online platforms and internal systems. This is a critical step in our vehicle merchandising process and helps drive customer engagement and sales. Requirements/Qualifications: Ambition - Do not apply if your goals are to just get by Experience shooting photography or videography (does not have to be real estate) An eagerness to grow photography and videography skills Must be coachable and be willing/able to follow systems and processes Have a great attitude Punctual and well dressed Have a belief in quality customer service Have an eye for creativity Have reliable transportation and live in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex Compensation: Photographers are paid per job. Compensation varies by the size of the property and what products are being captured. As you gain experience you will be shooting more luxury estates and listings. Compensation increases as you gain more experience and grow in your creativity / capabilities. On a daily basis you will drive to your appointments, capture the media based on what was ordered, deliver a great experience, and upload the media you captured at the end of the day.
