Collaborate with the Program Head and Director of Marketing & Communication to support camp storytelling and social media (Facebook & Instagram). Residential Responsibilities: This is a residential position. On-site housing is provided as part of the role and is available only while you are actively employed. Experienced with Google Suite (Drive, Photos, Docs, Sheets). Experienced with photo editing software (Photoshop, Lightbox or similar). Technical photography skills, including editing and publishing. Interpersonal and collaborative approach to work with a co-photographer. Ability to be self-directed and manage your own work schedule. Risk Management minded. Attend required onboarding and training sessions. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 30 lb at a time. Must be able to communicate well with co-workers in the field and the newsroom. Candidates should ideally have at least 2 years of professional experience in broadcast television. Experience using the following technology and equipment is a plus: Sony PMW-500 HD422 2/3” CCD HD Camcorder, LiveU, and Grass Valley and Avid edit and ingest systems. This is a union position with attractive benefits and a pension. The job is 100% on-site at either the station's downtown Boston office or in the field gathering news.
