This mid-level role plays a key part in designing, developing, and implementing automated and manual testing strategies that ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of the software supporting our photomask technology operations. You will work both independently and collaboratively with developers, stakeholders, and fellow QA engineers to build robust test environments and automation frameworks that will help lay the foundation for a future QA department. This is an on-site position; remote work is not available at this time. Responsibilities Design and implement automated testing frameworks for functional, regression, and performance testing. Develop detailed, well-structured test plans and test cases based on requirements and design documents. Execute both manual and automated tests; identify, document, and track defects using tools such as GitLab. Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Perform API testing (REST/SOAP) and validate data integrity for photomask-related applications. Maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot test environments while ensuring accurate QA process documentation. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and deliver clear reporting on test metrics. Stay current with industry trends, emerging QA tools, and modern automation practices. Additional responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Attributes) Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies (Agile, Scrum, DevOps). Proficiency with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Postman. Strong knowledge of database technologies and SQL for data validation. Understanding of web services, RESTful and SOAP APIs, and data formats (JSON, XML). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines. Basic programming skills (Java, Python, or similar) for test automation scripting. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging capabilities. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience 3-5 years of QA experience with strong emphasis on test automation. Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test environments. QA certifications such as ISTQB or CSQE preferred. Experience mentoring or guiding junior QA engineers is a plus. Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience. Create 3-D models from drawings using MasterCam programming software. Develop the sequence of operations in the program. Develop the most efficient method of fixturing the part. Ensure the most effective tooling is utilized, to include cutters and holders, to obtain the best efficiency and quality of the part. Responsible for the configuration management of CNC programs to correct revision levels. Make improvements to new or existing programs for improved efficiency. Responsibilities • Develop, maintain, and enforce global infrastructure architecture standards across network, cloud, data center, compute, and storage platforms. • Lead enterprise identity architecture, including Microsoft Active Directory design, trust configuration, and domain consolidation to support a unified enterprise identity plane. • Build and maintain multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with business strategy, security requirements, and cost optimization goals. • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and vendors that meet scalability, stability, and security standards. • Integrate security-by-design principles into all architectural patterns in partnership with Information Security and aligned with NIST, CMMC, and ISO 27001. • Lead the global Infrastructure Engineering team in the design, build, and deployment of enterprise-wide infrastructure solutions. • Direct engineering efforts for Microsoft Intune and related MDM/MAM platforms to support modern endpoint management. • Oversee the architectural design and deployment of Microsoft Azure services, ensuring proper governance, resiliency, and cost control. • Define and enforce the Project Management Framework (PMF) and Operational Acceptance Criteria (OAC) for engineering hand-off to Operations. • Champion Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation tools, and CI/CD execution for scalable, repeatable deployments. • Ensure delivery of complete technical documentation, runbooks, and training materials for project readiness. • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Information Security, and Audit teams to align architecture with compliance requirements, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement. • Coordinate modernization strategies, system lifecycle planning, and global decommissioning activities. • Additional responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications and Experience Knowledge, Skills & Abilities • Expert-level understanding of Microsoft Active Directory architecture (trusts, GPOs, identity consolidation). • Deep experience with Azure AD / Entra ID, MFA, SSO, and modern enterprise identity platforms. • Strong expertise with Microsoft Azure IaaS/PaaS architecture, governance, and cloud security. • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM) and modern endpoint management strategies. • Working knowledge of LAN/WAN, routing, SD-WAN, firewalls, SAN/NAS storage, and VMware/Hyper-V virtualization. • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell DSC) and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. • Strong analytical and architectural design abilities with the capacity to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. • Proven leadership managing global engineering or architecture teams. • Strong communication skills, capable of delivering technical content and executive-level presentations.
