Our team is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant - General Ledger to play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of our financial records. In this position, you will take ownership of complex journal entries, advanced reconciliations, and general ledger activity across multiple functional areas-including accruals, payroll, prepaids, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions. You'll lead major components of the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close cycles and ensure high-quality financial reporting in full compliance with U.S. GAAP. This role also partners cross-functionally, supports external audits, strengthens internal controls, and drives process improvements across the organization. Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal accounting policies; identify opportunities to strengthen reporting quality. Serve as a key audit contact, preparing supporting documentation, addressing inquiries, and providing clear explanations of account activity. Perform detailed variance and fluctuation analyses and collaborate with stakeholders to drive improvements. Partner with Finance, Payroll, HR, Operations, and other teams to ensure aligned and accurate accounting data. Maintain strong internal controls and recommend enhancements. Lead or support process-improvement initiatives, system upgrades, automation, and documentation updates. Mentor junior accounting team members and support knowledge development. Contribute to additional projects and responsibilities as needed. Travel: 5-10% globally. Qualifications Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, advanced formulas, data analysis). Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and end-to-end accounting operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to interpret complex financial data. High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to partner effectively across functions. High integrity and professional judgment when handling sensitive financial information. Adaptability to evolving systems, processes, and business needs; comfortable leading change. Experience 8+ years of progressive accounting experience with preferred focus on general ledger and financial close. Experience in a mid-size or large corporate environment preferred. Background in audit support and collaboration with external auditors strongly preferred. JOB TITLE : CNC Programmer REPORTS TO: Director of Operations This position encompasses all aspects of CNC Programming for all company CNC Lathe and Milling machines, including but not limited to programming of machines, creating 3-D models in MasterCam, developing sequence of operation and method of fixturing parts. Efficiency and accuracy are vital in this position, along with adherence to safety rules & regulations and cooperating with & assisting other Departments / Employees on a regular basis. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES : Programming (25-50% of the role) Program CNC Turning and Milling Centers to specifications as described on drawings or engineering specifications. Create 3-D models from drawings using MasterCam programming software. Develop the sequence of operations in the program. Develop the most efficient method of fixturing the part. Ensure the most effective tooling is utilized, to include cutters and holders, to obtain the best efficiency and quality of the part. Responsible for the configuration management of CNC programs to correct revision levels. Make improvements to new or existing programs for improved efficiency. Communicate with machinists and machine operators regarding set-up and effectiveness of CNC program. Deploy CNC programs to support production schedule using work order system in Visual ERP system. May work with Cost Estimator to develop estimated machining and set-up times on potential new work. Generate work instructions or process sheets to aid the operators. Machining (50-75% of the role) Set up and operate the various shop equipment, including but not limited to CNC mills and CNC lathes, using vises, fixtures, and rotary indexers. Maintain equipment and/or machinery. Train other employees as required. Assist in helping other operators to maintain production and quality. Keep accurate records on jobs. The Machine Operator will operate production machine tools following specified procedures for quality products.
