Responsibilities:
In this role, you'll manage recruiting across the full spectrum of our business from corporate and engineering to manufacturing and operations. You'll work as a trusted partner to hiring managers and HR teams, helping shape TA strategy and ensuring every candidate has a seamless experience. Most importantly, you'll be bringing in the people who will define Photronics' next chapter.
What you'll do:
Manage recruiting for salaried and hourly roles across U.S. sites, building diverse pipelines of top talent.
Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to craft sourcing strategies that anticipate workforce needs.
Support occasional international hiring (UK/EU) while sharing best practices with global colleagues.

Qualifications & Experience:

Purpose

The Industrial Mechanic will be working with a Team of trained Industrial Mechanics, in innumerable types of Industrial settings. This will include the use all types of Industrial Hand Tools and Motorized Industrial Equipment. With a collective goal to complete each project within the defined the scope and in the time parameters allowed, without compromising the safety of your other team members or the quality of the work provided.
The following is a list of job duties for an Industrial Mechanic. These responsibilities and physical requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:
Responsibilities:
• Will report to Project Manager for Job assignments.
• Will report to Job Lead on site.
• Will communicate with Project Manager, and Job Lead.
• Will communicate effectively In Person, by Telephone or by Computer.
• Will be responsible for meeting personal Safety, Safety Training, and complying with all Safety requirements.
• Will be required to Travel.
Core Requirements:
• Industrial Mechanic - Millwright with 1-5 years of experience in Industrial setting.
• Proficient at Welding and Metal Fabrication in Industrial setting preferred.
• Proficient with all types of Hand Tools, Power Tools, Measuring Tools used in Industrial Maintenance, Building Erection and Equipment Installation.
• Able to align, assemble, and dissemble machinery, troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance.
• Able to adapt quickly and follow Job Lead's directions to complete project in safe and timely manner.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.
• Employee must be able to lift products to 70lbs daily.
• Must have Valid Driver's License.
• Must be able to pass Drug test.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Legally Authorized to work in the US.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As a Facilities Engineer I you will maintain day to day operation and maintenance of our manufacturing facility. A successful candidate needs to have the listed qualities or proficiencies:
Develop criteria and performance specifications for facilities and equipment required to meet unique operating requirements and building and safety codes.
Work to maintain facility assets on a day to day basis and as systems demand.
Respond and address site facility alarms and failures.
Works and plans plant, office, & production equipment layouts for economy of operation and maximum use of facilities and equipment.
Review installation, labor, materials, preparation and other related costs for asset installation and relocations.
Assists in plant, office, and production equipment installation and rearrangement projects and works with outside trades.
Willing to learn other trades of facility maintenance.
Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications/ Skills/ Attributes
Preferred HVAC knowledge .
Maintain EPA Universal Refrigerant certification.
Knowledge of refrigeration .
Requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant semiconductor facilities or 6 years of operations experience in a manufacturing facility.
Class 3 or 10 clean room experience preferred.
Relevant experience needed in the following technologies Electrical Systems, HVAC, compressors, UPW systems, boilers, Heat exchangers, SCADA systems, Fire systems, pneumatic systems, liquid and gas plumbing.
Troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical and electronic control systems.
Broad knowledge base of facility systems, methods, principles and technologies.
Experience in new tool evaluations, tool design, modifications and system level engineering is a plus.
Must have excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to work independently as well as in a group environment.
Must be proficient in the use of PC hardware/software and Microsoft Office applications, Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and other software applications such as SPC, Internet Explorer
Must be willing to become ERT certified.
